"My wife, Silvana, and I were introduced to Matt from Bespoke projects by the agent who sold us our land at Sanctuary Cove, after we asked for a recommendation for a builder. We had a design for our house at that time from our Sunshine Coast-based architect and needed to find
a builder who would be able to work collaboratively with us to bring the project to life.

Upon meeting and discussing the project, with Matt, Silvana and I immediately felt comfortable that we would be able to work with Matt. It was important to us that the builder would be able communicate effectively with our architect, be able to work with Silvana who would be dealing with our interiors and finishes and to work with me as I was designing the automation for the house. We also wanted to be sure that there would be a very high level of attention to detail and quality for the build.

Our experience working with Matt (and Kylie on the admin side) has been overwhelmingly positive and we have ended up with a superb house built to a very high standard.

The initial phase, the process of contract negotiation, was very good. Matt provided a very high level of detail, and working together with our architect was able to give us a price that was within our budget. When the build finished, the final price was very close to the original budget and it was completed ahead of time (Matt managed to get us into our house before Christmas which took a great deal of effort and organisation).

The build process itself was very good and significantly without much stress at all. We met with Matt almost daily to discuss progress, to make any adjustments that might be necessary as the build progressed and to discuss ideas that either us or Matt had for improvements along the way. Matt continued to communicate with the architect as required and developed a strong working relationship with them.

Matt is highly organised and has an obsessive attention to detail (including keeping the site spotless) - he is across every element of the build and brings in trusted tradespeople who deliver work to his high standards, the result of which is reflected in the quality of our house.

Silvana and I would not hesitate to recommend Bespoke Projects. Were we to build again in the future, we would certainly hope that Matt was available at that time."
